规划六个主题产业功能片区，，分属不同主题模式，为企业提供多个选择意向，实现产业整合、抱团聚力。通过中心的空中环廊连接六大主题产业功能片区，形成产业生态圈，并借助平台、露台、屋顶VIP会客厅等丰富的立体交流搭建一个无处不在的神经网络式交流空间。

两座共享服务基座，涵盖对公创新创业服务、企业对外展示服务、园区配套服务和各类技术支持服务。景观上通过设置南侧与西侧的人行出入口，使得办公区的与城市绿带相连接，让区内的漫步道与城市慢行道路系统有机的结合。
