Yangyang Qingxiuzhi Valley is located in Qingxiu District, Nanning city, adjacent to Longhu Business Street in the east and surrounded by city park in the south, with obvious landscape advantages. The total construction area of the project is 199,497.37 square meters, including 78,594.15 square meters of office and apartment, and 17,739.22 square meters of commercial construction area.

The commercial modeling is based on the zhuang architectural culture and incorporates modern techniques and fashion elements in an attempt to build a "Taikoo Li" in Nanning.
